Katie is a senior in the Broad College of Business, majoring in finance and minoring in real estate. She previously interned at Tru Travel Solutions. After sophomore year, Katie interned at Dell Technologies in Austin, TX. This past summer, she interned at Harrison Street on their Asset Management team in Chicago and will be returning there full-time. While on campus, Katie is also involved in Delta Sigma Pi and is a member of the Honors College. In her free time, Katie enjoys playing golf and traveling.

Jack is a Junior at Michigan State studying Finance and Political Theory & Constitutional Democracy. In addition to the Finance Association, he is also a Financial Markets Institute Scholar and an Associate in the Green & White Fund. He was a Criminal Legal Intern prior to his Freshman year at the Gracey Law Firm and currently works as a Corporate Legal Assistant at the Shiraz Law Firm. Jack spent this past summer as an Investment Banking Analyst with Calder Capital on the buy-side team. In his free time, he enjoys running, reading, and golfing.

Mira is a senior in the Broad College of Business studying finance and economics. In addition to the Finance Association, she is also a Financial Markets Institute Scholar. Mira previously interned at Loomis Sayles & Company, focusing on small cap value investments. This past summer she interned at Huron Capital, a private equity firm in Detroit. In her free time, she likes watching movies, going to the animal shelter, and spending time with friends.
Nihal Gowda: Treasurer
Nihal is a junior at Broad majoring in finance and minoring in economics in the Honors College. He is currently a scholar in the Financial Markets Insitute and is an Associate in the Green & White Fund. During his freshman year, Nihal interned at Abbott Laboratories in Chicago, focusing on Indirect Procurement, and this past summer interned at Ottawa Avenue Private Capital, analyzing Co-investments, GP Stakes, & CV deals. This upcoming summer, he will be at William Blair in their Investment Banking division in Chicago. In his free time, you can catch him at the IM East basketball courts, golfing, or going out with friends.

Abhinav is a Junior at Michigan State majoring in Finance and minoring in Computer Science. Last summer he interned at NextGen Growth Partners as a Private Equity Summer Analyst. While on campus, Abhinav is also involved with the 180 Degrees Consulting Group and Phi Chi Theta. In his free time, Abhinav enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with friends.

Jeff Koviak
Jeff graduated in Spring 2023 from Michigan State with degrees in finance and economics. In addition to the Finance Association, he was a Financial Markets Institute Scholar. Since January 2021, he has interned with Small Business Deal Advisors. After his junior year, Jeff interned within Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division. Jeff is currently working full-time in Morgan Stanley's M&A group in New York. In his free time, Jeff enjoys playing hockey and golf.
Owen Bitner
Owen graduated in Spring 2023 from the Eli Broad College of Business, with a degree in finance. After junior year, he interned at Ottawa Avenue Private Capital as an investment analyst, in Grand Rapids, MI. Owen is currently working full-time at Houlihan Lokey in New York. On-campus, Owen was also involved with the Venture Capital Investment Competition team and Phi Gamma Delta. In his free time, he enjoys Formula 1 and playing basketball.
Kayla Zrepskey
Kayla graduated in 2022 with a degree in finance with dual minors in CMSE and insurance & risk management. Her previous internships were with First American and KLA. In her junior year, she interned with Wells Fargo as an investment banking summer analyst in their healthcare group. Now, Kayla works full-time in Wells Fargo's investment banking division in Charlotte, NC. On-campus, she was a part of the Financial Markets Institute, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, and Alpha Chi Omega. In her free time, Kayla enjoys going on the boat and spending time with her friends.
Brandon Kung
Brandon graduated in 2021 with majors in finance and economics. His previous internships were at Ameriprise Financial and State Farm's investment division and Citigroup. Brandon works full-time in Citigroup's capital markets division in their asset-backed securitization group. In his free time, Brandon enjoys reading and watching sports.
Adwait Ahire
Adwait “Adi” Ahire (from Novi, MI) graduated in 2021 with a finance degree and a minor in computational math, science, and engineering. Adi was in the Financial Markets Institute, the business fraternity Phi Gamma Nu, and the Student Investment Association. He previously interned with GE Healthcare (FMP Intern, Summer 2019) and Future Benefits (Investments Intern, Summer 2018) and with Evercore as an Equity Research Summer Associate. Adi now works full-time with Evercore. He is an avid soccer and basketball fan, especially MSU basketball. He is also a big fan of traveling and of Bollywood movies, having lived in India for 8 years.
Rachel McCombs
Rachel graduated in December 2020 where she studied Finance with a minor in Insurance and Risk Management. She has previously interned at GE Healthcare as a FMP Intern and with General Motors as a financial analyst intern. Rachel now works full time with General Motors as a financial analyst. In her free time, she is surrounded by friends, outdoors, and enjoys music.

Jack Taylor
Jack graduated in Spring 2023 from the Broad College of Business, with degrees in finance and economics. During his sophomore year, Jack interned at Star Mountain Capital, focusing on private credit. Jack previously interned at Marlin & Associates as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. After his junior year, he interned at Bank of America within their investment banking division in New York and is currently working there full-time in the M&A group. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with friends.
Rayyan Mahmood
Rayyan graduated in Fall 2022 from Eli Broad College of Business, with a degree in finance and minor in CMSE. Previously, he was a transfer pricing intern for TE Connectivity. After junior year, Rayyan interned with JP Morgan in their Sales and Trading division. Rayyan is currently working full-time at Louis Dreyfus in their Connecticut office. On campus, Rayyan was also involved with the Financial Markets Institute and the Student Investment Association. In his free time, he enjoys chess, European history, and video games.
Ben Whitesell
Ben graduated in 2022 with dual degrees in finance and economics. Ben has previously interned in Prudential Financial’s fixed income department and at MERS of Michigan as an investment analyst. In his junior year, Ben interned at Parnassus Investments, a long-only hedge fund in San Francisco. Ben is currently working full-time as an Equity Research Analyst at Eaton Vance.
Dex Dremann
Dex graduated in 2021 as a finance major in the Eli Broad College of Business. Dex previously interned at SES Insurance Brokerage Services and Shore Capital Partners. Dex works full-time at Ernest & Young in Chicago, IL. During his time at MSU, Dex was captain of the Michigan State University ultimate frisbee team. In his free time, Dex golfs and sails.
Preston Nowak
Preston graduated in 2021 as a finance major in the Broad College of Business. Previously, Preston worked at H.W. Kaufman Group on the Corporate Development and Strategy team. Currently, Preston works full-time with Loomis, Sayles & Company as a Research Associate. Preston is an Evans Scholar, and in his free time, he enjoys watching soccer and photography.
Tim Sharky
Tim graduated in 2019. Tim was in the Financial Markets Institute. The past two summers he interned at Shore Capital Partners, a private equity firm in Chicago. He now works full-time at Shore Capital Partners. He also enjoys playing hockey, video productions, and snowboarding.
